Me personally I don't understand why the waiter was so upset and called for the Chef. I feel like if the person is paying they should be allowed to eat their food how they feel fit. I think it would have made the restaurant look a certain way if they kicked them out just for a minor detail. But I also understand it's a matter of respecting the food prepared
First episode of Chef's table on Netflix. Definitely helped even non-foodies discover Massimo. An incredible chef with an incredible story.

I have heard of Chef Massimo, but I've never 🌟experienced🌟 Chef Massimo, even through a video. He seems like such a kind, caring & passionate person. This was amazing & I can't even imagine how you all felt
I just watched the menu, it’s like 3 Tylers all at once… but different ending…
probably not everyone knows the restaurant "La Franceschetta". It is so called as it is a sister restaurant with the Francescana as it is still owned by the chet Bottura but offers a much less varied and cheaper menu for those who cannot possibly afford an experience at the Francescana tavern".
Furthermore, since the son suffers from Down syndrome or in any case a genetic disease from what I remember, many of the products such as stuffed pasta such as tortellini, tortelloni and lasagne are produced precisely by children with genetic problems or diseases such as Down syndrome which makes the role of the chef is even more fascinating and important.
I think allowing these kids to participate personally is very impactful and they must dare to give them a big boost in participating in the restaurant as well.
I hope this is all understandable as I'm from the restaurant's hometown and I could be doing something wrong

Guys, this is like the Yank song: "How are you going to keep them on the farm (After they've seen Paree?)" How are you going to eat in the U.S.A. or most anywhere else after the kind of phenom food youse have been consuming? Isn't this a tour you do when you have 6 mos to live? Or you are 95 yr young in spirit? Not to mention the fact of how hard it is to watch you guys and not get hungry or salivate all over my laptop keys! Dang. You better cease and desist. Lol.
